Week 2 of February brought a different type of framing to the Nill Construction, Inc. Office/Shop Building — Wood Framing instead of Metal Framing.
The front of this particular building will consist of wood framing with exterior finishes of Stacked Stone, EIFS and Grey Metal Panels. Present drawings include a somewhat eclectic front canopy entrance. You can see this in the revised rendering shared below.
Windows are ordered. Overhead Doors are ordered. The roof panels will be installed as soon as we have a 2-3 day stretch of warmer temps. Soon after the roof panels are installed, we will begin heating the ground of the office portion of the building so that plumbing can be roughed-in and concrete can be poured. Winter construction always adds additional labor and cost to a project. We have to take full advantage of every warm day we’re blessed with and take extra steps in the building process because of the cold freezing temps.
